The brief

TODO — why Botim went 4.0: one app for calls, chat, and money; what was broken in 3.x; what “money you can trust inside a messenger” demands of the design.

Ownership, exactly

Direction & IA set with my Head of Design (he led decisions; I did exploration + execution). I then built the design system and owned the money domain end to end — P2P, Add Money, Withdraw, Checkout.

TODO — one short paragraph on how that split worked in practice: the cadence, what a “his call / my call” boundary looked like.

The design system

TODO — the Botim 4.0 Design System: tokens, components, how it let a small team execute a company-wide overhaul without drift. Component count, adoption, contribution model.
